Access to the path denied error

Some applications require access to write to their application directory.  When your application does this and cannot write to the web folder, you may see an error message similar to the one one below:

*Access to the path 'C:\Domains\username\websitename\wwwroot\..." is denied.*

To set up write access for your web site's application

  1. Log into your DotNetPanel account.
  2. Click on "Web Sites".
  3. Select your web site.
  4. Then check "Enable Write Permissions" and click "Update"
