What does a GTLD TRANSFER AUTHORISATION (EPP) CODE Email look like?

GTLD TRANSFER AUTHORISTATION (EPP) Code Email

If you choose to transfer your domain away to another registrar, you will be required to obtain the Transfer Authorisation Code (sometimes called the EPP Code) before the transfer process can begin.

THIS IS NOT SPAM but a requirement of your transfer of the domain - if you block, bounce or report the reminders as spam you may be unable to transfer your domain name.

Example GTLD TRANSFER AUTHORISATION (EPP) Code Email

From: Astutium Limited - Domain Registrar [registrar -at- astutium.com]
To: Domain Contacts
Subject: Domain Name Transfer Authorisation Code
You are receiving this message because you or someone on your behalf has
requested a Transfer Authorisation Code (also known as an EPP Code) for
your domain name. If you did not make this request you can safely ignore
this message.

Domain Name: (domain)
Authorisation Code: (authorisation code)
Expiry: (code expiry date)

The above authorisation code must be used by your new domain registrar
before the expiry date listed above. If the transfer process is not
started by this time, the transfer will automatically be rejected.

In the event that you request another Transfer Authorisation Code, any
previously issued codes will automatically be invalidated.
