If you have a Discount Domains product / service which is managed through the Client Portal:
- Log in to the Client Portal at https://www.discountdomainsuk.com/ by clicking the Login link in the top right hand corner.
- Click "Services" and select "My Services" from the menu.
- Click the status (Active) button next to the product you wish to cancel.
- Click Request Cancellation from the Manage menu.
- You may choose to cancel immediately or at the end of the billing period.
If you wish to cancel a domain name:
- Log in to the Client Portal at https://www.discountdomainsuk.com/
- Click "Domains" and select "My Domains" from the menu.
- Click the status (Active) for the appropriate domain.
- Click "Auto Renew" from the left hand Manage menu.
- Press 'Allow to Expire'. For most domain types the domain cannot be removed until it expires, however contact support to discuss the options if this is required.
