To transfer a domain to us, simply go to Domain Transfers

For gTLD domains (.com .net .org .biz .info) you must first UNLOCK the domain with the existing registrar and then ask them for the EPP Transfer Code which is needed as part of the transfer process.
For Nominet UK domains (.co.uk .org.uk .me.uk .ltd.uk .plc.uk) you then simply change the TAG to "DISCOUNTDOMAINS" - you may need to ask your existing domain registrar to do this.

Once the domain has successfully been transferred to us you will be able to manage it at Client Portal
