How to set up your email addresses in Thunderbird
Please follow the 10 easy steps below...- Open Mozilla Thunderbird
- Select "Account Settings..." from the "Tools" menu.
- Select "Email account" and click "Next"
- Enter your full name and email address and click "Next"
- Select server type "POP" and enter the mailserver name mail.
and click "Next" - Enter your FULL email address for the incomming and outgoing User name and click "Next"
- Name your account (for example your email address)
- Select "Outgoing server (SMTP)" in the Account Settings window
- Ensure "Use name and password" is checked, enter your full email address in the "User Name" box and ensure "Use secure connection" is set to "No".
- Click "OK"
