To upgrade or downgrade your hosting account first log in to the Client Portal.
Once logged in click on "My Services" menu and select "List Services".
Click "View/Edit" for the hosted domain.
Click "Management Actions" menu and select "Upgrade/Downgrade".
Select the package to upgrade/downgrade to and the payment period and click "Next".
You will now be shown the current price to upgrade/downgrade to the selected package for the period selected.
