To view your server password (or reset it) log into the client portal:
- Click "My Services" -> "List Services".
- Click "View/Edit" for the VPS.
- Click the "Virtual Machine Settings" link at the bottom of the page.
To view the root password click text "password" which will then change to the VPS "root" user password we have on file (although this may have been updated locally on the server so may need to be reset).
If you need to change your root password this can be done via the "Reset Root Password" option at the bottom of that page.
