To update the nameservers on a dotIE (IEDR) domain, please:- Log into the Astutium Client Portal at https://www.astutium.com
- Open a Support Ticket for the Domains Team with...
the subject "(yourdomain.ie) nameserver update"
the content being "Please update the nameserver on my .ie domain (yourdomain.ie) from
-old-nameservers-
to
-new-nameservers
Remember to replace (yourdomain.ie) with your actual domain name :)
Changes to dotIE domains can take upto 2 working days to take effect, but are usually withing around 30 minutes
