Mostly 'Other' when shown in cpanel are either:
* Any backups you've set to auto-create through things like the softaculous script installer etc, which you can delete with your FTP program or cPanel File Manager.
* The temporary copy of your site created by the 'shell' if you have cron-jobs running at regular intervals (which cant be deleted or the crons wont run).
The 2 possible solutions for disk usage due to scheduled cron jobs
1. Upgrade to a larger hosting account, so that the 'copy' of your site files needed for cron tasks to 'shell' to can work or
2. Disable the cron jobs
