Renewing a domain
- Login to the client portal, if you have lost your password this can be recovered via the Request a Password Reset/Reminder option.
If you already have an invoice for the domain you wish to renew follow these steps:
- Once logged in you will be presented with a list of outstanding invoices, click "View Invoice" on the domain invoice.
- At the top of the invoice you can select your payment method and then click "Pay Now".
If you haven't received an invoice for the domain renewal follow these steps:
- Click "My Domains" then "List Domains".
- Click "Manage" for the domain you wish to renew.
- Click "Renew Now".
- You will now be taken to the payment process.
Once payment has been taken your renewal will be processed.
