Recovering your Client Portal login details
To recover your password
- Click the Request a Password Reset/Reminder link shown on the Login page.
- Enter the email address for your registration and click "Submit".
A reminder of your password will now be sent to your registered email account. The email address will be the one supplied when the account was created unless it has been updated, this will also be the email all billing and notifications are sent to. If you are not sure of the email address used on your account please contact support.
