Why is my webpage/web site showing adverts instead of my pages ?

If your website is not displaying and is instead showing a variety of advertisements, the most likely cause is that your domain name has expired and the registry/registrar has "parked" the domain

If the domain recently expired and is registered through Astutium, you can renew it:

  • if you disabled auto-renew, by manually attempting a renewal through the my domains page in the client portal
  • if there is already a renewal invoice, simply pay your invoice through the client portal

If the domain expired some time ago, or was subject to a chargeback, there will be additional steps (and costs) to recover it - contact our Sales Team for assistance.

If the domain was registered with another company, you will need to contact them to arrange renewal, and then once done, talk to us about a domain name transfer
