How To Change Contact Details for Automated Card Payment (FuturePay)

  1. Log into the WorldPay Administration Server with your username and password at:
    This will give you access to your agreement details.
  2. Scroll down to Customer FuturePay Agreements and click where it says 'Change Details'
  3. In the bottom right hand corner you will see a button saying 'Change Contact Details'.
  4. Enter your new contact details and click 'Submit'
Your new contact details will then be updated.
