How do I reset my email password [cPanel] ?

To reset your cPanel password login to your cPanel account, this can be done via the client portal.

 

  1. Log into the Client Portal
  2. Click "My Services"
  3. Click "List Services"
  4. Click "View/Edit" for the service.
  5. Click "Login to control panel" at the bottom of the screen.
You are now logged into cPanel
  1. Click "Emails"
  2. On the row for the email account you wish to change the password for click on Password.
  3. Enter in your new password and save.
You will now need to update your email password in all email clients (i.e. Outlook/Thunderbird/etc and also any mobile devices used to access the mailbox).
