All of our invoices are payable by the opening of UK business on the due date of the invoice (which is generallly in advance of the service provision) and we urge each client to set up means of a regular subscription payment to ensure all invoices are paid in a timely manner.
Only with tight credit control are we are able to keep our prices so low and to prevent administration time/costs involved in chasing payments manually.
You will receive a number of payment reminders before the due date of an invoice, before late payment charges, interest and suspension of your services/ expiry of a domain take effect.
If invoices are not paid on/by their due date they are subject to statutory late payment charges under The Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.(amended to bring it into line with a recent european directive (2000/35/EC)).
Late payment charges are upto £40 plus 8% over the Lloyds Bank Base Rate.
